We follow standard clinic policies to ensure a smooth and pleasant visit for our customers. Our policies include:
- Appointments. We keep all appointments electronically. This helps us to be as efficient as possible, so we can treat as many pets as possible in one day. We accommodate special appointment requests to the best of our ability, so call any time about same-day appointments. We take emergency appointments as long as our clinic is open. If your pet is having an emergency, give us a call or just come by with your pet and we'll do the best we can to help.
- Discounts. We offer discounts to local rescue groups and seniors of the community. We require rescue groups to be pre-approved, so call ahead of time to find out if you qualify.
- Payment. Our clinic does not bill customers; payment is due upon receipt of services. We accept credit cards or cash, but no checks. Special payment arrangements can be made through the CareCredit program.
Our History
Dr. James P. Work is the owner of Greenfield Veterinary Clinic. He has graduated from the University of Illinois, School of Veterinary Medicine in 1976, and has been with Greenfield Veterinary Clinic Since 1998. Working at the clinic with Dr. Work is Dr. Christian Taylor, who has been at the clinic since 2003. The veterinarians at Greenfield Veterinary Clinic are proud to be a part of an animal hospital with almost twenty years in the business, serving Oak Creek and Greater Milwaukee.
